The district calendar for the 2008-2009 school year has been approved and is located on the SCHOOL INFORMATION section of our web site.
 The Board of Education is changingthe way it does business...
- New Committee of the Whole meeting one week prior to the regular board meeting allows the public greater access to the board and its decisions.
- Board discusses its committee work and agenda items in public one week before voting on issues.
Earlier this year, the board held a series of public meetings that featured budget presentations by building principals and district administrators.

Dear Parents and Students,
The Christa McAuliffe Middle School is happy to report that the spring standardized testing has come to an end. Our students are confident with their effort and excited to see the results, which will be distributed to parents in June. As we look toward warmer weather, we have many special programs planned for the end of the school year. It is important that all of our students understand that the last few weeks of school are an important time to work on improving grades and finishing the academic year on a positive note.
