NEW!
Jackson School District Curriculum Online

We are proud to announce the launch of a new website that has a searchable database of the approved curriculum in the Jackson School District.

This resource, known as the
Rubicon Atlas Curriculum Program, provides public access to our most up-to-date curriculum, including overviews of content by grade level, unit summaries and the essential questions students are expected to be able to answer upon completion of each unit.

To get started, click on the icon above. Select the “Browse’’ tab to see a list of courses, or begin searching by grade and subject on your own.

For now, the site features our complete curriculum in the areas of English Language Arts, Math, Social Studies, Physical Education and Health and World Language. This site will be a living database that will be updated as we update our curriculum to be fully aligned with state standards. (e.g. Science, Music, Art, Business, Technology).

We are proud of our curriculum and we hope you will enjoy being able to take a first-hand look at all the ways we strive to help students excel.

Principal's Message

Dear Parents and Guardians,

PARCC Testing is now upon us as soon as we return from Spring Break on April 5th.  Please be sure to review the testing schedule which can be found on our school website.  It is very important that students be present on these test days and try their very best on each assessment.  Please encourage your children to get a good night sleep and have a healthy breakfast each morning.

As we approach the conclusion of the third marking period, please login to the Portal and class pages to check on current grades and upcoming class assignments.  Please reach out to your child's teacher or counselor if you have concerns about academics and other items.  The fourth marking period is scheduled to begin on April 14th.

Congratulations to our performers and stage crew on Shrek Jr. the Musical!  Their performance was unbelievable each and every show.  Thank you to all who attended and to all of the parents for all of your hard behind the scenes in preparation for these performances.

Please continue to check our school calendar for upcoming athletic and school events.

Yours in education,

Mrs. Phillips, Principal
